摘　　要：此文通过对近五年国内外有代表性的论文分析总结,得出了固体脂质纳米粒给药系统的最新制备方法及药剂学性质。认为固体脂质纳米粒是一种前景看好的纳米给药系统,并对现阶段存在的问题及今后发展方向进行了展望。According to the analysis of the papers at home and abroad in last five years,the latest preparation methods and pharmaceutical properties are summarized on drug delivery of solid lipid nanoparticles in this paper. The authors think that solid lipid nanoparticles should be a good nano-drug delivery system and discuss the problems existing in the present stage and development in future.
