摘　　要：全自动包装机、制袋机等设备均需电加热器对塑料产品的进行封装,电加热器烧断(断路)是设备使用中最常见的故障。利用电流检测电路的感应电压,来判断电加热器是否工作正常,利用光电耦合器件来判断温度控制器正常通断,实现报警输出或主机控制。电加热器断路故障测控装置能够自动识别温度升高加热器自动断电和电加热器断路故障。经在包装机上试用,该装置的各项性能参数均满足包装设备及用户使用要求,符合包装机械设备的配套需要。In equipments such as automatic packing machine and bagging machines which required the electric heater to package plastic products, it is common that electric heater is often in open circuit fault. To detect the inductive voltage of the circuit by current is to determine whether the electric heater is working properly. Alarm output or host control can be realized by using opto - coupler device to determine whether the normal temperature controller is on/off. Electric heater circuit fault monitoring and control devices can automatically identify whether temperature heater is off and whether the electric heater is in open circuit. After trial on the packaging machine, the device of the performance parameters can meet requirements of packaging equipments and users. It also meets the requirement of packaging machinery equipment.
