摘　　要：通过对雷电形式及雷害引入主要途径的认识,从外部防雷措施和内部防雷措施两大块着手对移动通信基站进行防雷设计,并介绍了移动通信基站接地系统的一般做法。Basing the Lightning forms and the main means of Lightning-affected, the lightning protection design concept in the aspects of external and internal protection for the telecommunication base of mobile phone was introduced, and the general approaches of grounding system of the bases were also introduce.
