摘　　要：随着市场发展，全球资源开放，现代企业竞争战略的转变，现代物流方案需要解决成本，企业敏捷性，企业形象等问题。本文以PC制造业物流配送模型的设计为例，阐述现代物流方案的设计决策过程。With the development of the global market and opening up global operation resources, enterprises switch the competitive strategy to higher value chain. Accordingly, logistics solution needs to serve the new strategy by solving new issues of cost, flexibility, corporate images. The paper demonstrates the logistics fulfillment channel design process by PC industry examples.
