摘　　要：N,N-二甲基甲酰胺是重要的化工原料,对人体健康有较大危害。通过以无水乙醇替代N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),用于异烟酸吡唑啉酮配制的新的分析方法进行了探索。并已将该方法应用于实际工业废水样品的分析中。N, N - dimethylformamide is an important chemical raw materials, which has a greater harm on human health. This paper discusses a new method of preparation of Isonicotinie acid - Pyrazolone, in which N, N - dimethylformamide（DMF） is replaced by ethanol. This method has been applied to actual industrial wastewater sample analysis.
