摘　　要：阐述了煤气净化系统的运行状况,对生产中存在的问题进行了分析,通过采取初冷系统在线工艺优化、硫铵工序饱和器并联运行及技术改进、强化蒸氨操作、脱苯工序强化洗萘操作及设备改造等措施,减少了系统运行阻力,提高了化产品收率。Through describing running status of the whole system of purification of coke oven gas, making relevent analyzations of existing problems in production, such measures as online technical optimization of primary cooling system, parallel operation and technical improvement of ammonium sulfate saturater, strengthening of operation in ammonia recovery system and debenzolization system, equipment revampment etc are adopted, having decreased resistance of operation of system and increased the yield of chemical products.
