摘　　要：介绍了世界首例热轧钢卷双排式托盘运输的最新情况，分析了3种常用的热轧钢卷运输方式，对传统式运输方式的运输节奏问题和致命缺陷进行了说明，进而提出了双排式托盘运输系统的解决方案，对世界首例热轧钢卷双排式托盘运输系统在建设过程中出现的问题进行了分析。首钢京唐公司的生产实践证明，双排式托盘运输系统的技术创新是成功的。The latest status of the first double-banked pallet conveying system of hot strip plant in the world is introduced. Three conventional conveying systems of hot strip coil are analyzed, whose conveying rhythm problem and critical defects are introduced. Furthermore, the solution of double- banked pallet conveying system is put forward, as well as the problems happened in the construction are analyzed. The production practice proves that the technical innovation of the double-banked pallet conveying system is successful.
