摘　　要：[目的]了解新入院病人对入院护理服务的需求。[方法]采用问卷调查法,自行设计调查问卷对405例新入院病人进行新入院病人护理服务需求的调查。[结果]新入院病人对入院护理服务的需求主要在医院环境及设备、相关治疗检查信息和交流、医护人员整体素质;不同年龄和文化程度的新入院病人对医院环境及设施设备的需求不同;年住院次数不同的病人对医护人员整体素质的需求不同。[结论]针对新入院病人护理服务需求,应加强医院环境和设施建设,满足病人对治疗、检查、费用等信息与交流的需求,提高医护人员提高自身素质。Objective： To know about demands of newly hospitalized inpatient for nursing services. Methods： A total of 405 newly hospitalized inpatients were investigated on their nursing service demands by using self--designed questionnaire. Results. The demand of newly hospitalized inpatient on nursing service mainly included hospital environment and equipment, related treatment and examination information and communication, whole quality of medical and nursing staff. The demands of newly hospitalized inpatients of different age and with different culture level were different toward hospital environment and equipment. The demands for whole quality of medical and nursing staff among patients with different yearly hospitalization times were different. Conclusions. To aim directly at the demands of newly hospitalized inpatient toward nursing services, it suggested that hospital environment and equipment construction should be strengthened, so as to meet the needs of patients on information such as treatment, examination and costs and to enhance the self--quality of medical staff.
