摘　　要：[目的]观察健康教育对超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检术病人舒适度的影响。[方法]将40例超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组术前进行健康教育。观察并比较两组病人术后舒适度情况。[结果]观察组病人术后排尿困难、肢体麻木、睡眠差发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结果]术前健康教育可提高超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检术病人的术后舒适度。Objective：To observe the influence of health education on comfort level of patients accepting percataneous renal needle biopsy. Methods：A total of 40 patients accepting percataneous renal needle biopsy under ultrasonic guidance were divided into test and control group, 20 cases each. Patients of control group were given routine nursing care. Patients of test group were carried out preoperative health education. Then postoperative comfort level of patients between the two groups was compared. Results： The incidence of dysuria, limbs numbness and poor sleep in test group cases after operation was much lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Preoperative health education can enhance postoperative comfort level of patients after accepting percataneous renal needle biopsy under ultrasonic guidance.
