摘  要:进行不同浓度生根剂、不同品种、不同成熟度、插穗不同叶片数对淮山药插穗扦插生根效果的影响试验。结果表明,不同浓度生根剂处理均能提高淮山药插穗的生根率,其中以10g/L根旺溶液处理的效果最好;不同品种(品系)淮山药插穗经10g/L根旺溶液处理后的生根率不同,以GY62的生根率最高;GY62半木质化和木质化插穗经10g/L根旺溶液处理后均能够生根,但半木质化插穗扦插生根效果明显优于木质化插穗;保留不同叶片数的淮山药插穗经10g/L根旺溶液处理后均能够生根,但以留1叶的处理方式生根率最高。The present experiment has been conducted to study the effect of varied levels of roofing reagent Genwang (5,10,15 g/L), different yam varieties (Guihuai 2, GY44 and GY62), different maturity stages of yam cuttings and cutting with different leaf number on rooting in yam cutting. The results showed 10g/L Genwang had the best effect on rooting rate. Varietal difference in rooting rate has been observed at this concentration of Genwang and it was found to be highest in GY62. Further, the roofing rate of semi-lignified cuttings found to be significantly higher than that of lignified ones and cuttings with one leaf gave the best results.
