摘 要:以末端含有双键的可聚合表面活性剂(ANPS)为分散剂,制备了超细酞菁蓝颜料水基体系,考察了ANPS用量和研磨时间对水基体系粒径的影响,研究了水基体系的稳定性和流变性能。结果表明,当ANPS用量为颜料质量的20%,研磨时间为2h时,制备的超细酞菁蓝颜料水基体系粒径较小,分布较窄;当离心速度低于4000r/min,温度低于60℃,pH值在8—11范围内时,该水基体系具有良好的稳定性;制备的水基体系具有剪切变稀的特征,属假塑性流体。Water-based super-fine phthalocyanine blue dispersion was prepared using ANPS as a dispersant, which could be polymerized through its terminal double bond. The effect of the amount of ANPS and milling time on particle size were investigated, centrifugal stability and rheological property of the dispersion were discussed. The optimal process conditions were that ANPS dosage was 20% on weight of pigments, and milling time was about 2 hours. The dispersion prepared by optimal conditions had small particle size and narrow particle size distribution, the dispersion had good stability below 60℃ at pH value 8 to 11. The absorbance spectrum changed little when the dispersion was centrifuged below 4 000 r/min for 30 minutes. The fluidity curve showed that the dispersion was pseudoplastic fluid.
