摘　　要：通过调整工艺条件,使织物纬向收缩,从而获得涤棉自然弹力织物。涤棉自然弹力织物的生产采用松式丝光和两浴法染色工艺,涤组分采用常规分散染料染色工艺,而棉组分采用冷轧堆染色工艺。各工序中应适当控制纬向张力,并严格控制树脂整理工艺。介绍了涤棉自然弹力织物的大生产工艺,提出了相应的注意事项。结果表明,经该工艺生产的涤棉自然弹织物各项性能良好。Inherent stretch polyester/cotton fabric was produced by adjusting processing conditions to obtain certain weft-wise shrinkage. Slack mercerizing and two-bath dyeing process were chosen. Polyester component was dyed with traditional disperse dyeing process and cotton component was dyed with cold pad-batch process. Weftwise tesion should be carefully controlled in various procedures, Mass production of inherent stretch polyester/cotton fabric was introduced and precautions concerned were given. Results showed that natural elastic polyester/cotton product featured good properties,
