摘 要:采用活性染料以微悬浮体染色工艺对纯棉灯芯绒织物进行轧染,探讨了微悬浮体化助剂用量和尿素用量对染品色深和色牢度的影响,并与传统的轧染工艺进行了对比。试验发现,采用中温型活性染料微悬浮体染色,染料用量较传统工艺减少6~8g/L,得色深且色光鲜艳,干湿摩擦牢度略有降低。The micro-suspension dyeing technique was employed to corduroy fabric via reactive pad dyeing method. The influence of the dosages of microsuspersion auxiliaries and urea on color depth and color fastness were investigated. Compared with traditional dyeing process, corduroy fabric dyed with mid-energy reactive dyestuffs in micro-suspension system could obtain higher color yield and brighter shade, and the dyestuff concentration decreased by 6 ~ 8 g/L. However, its color fastness to rubbing decreased somewhat.
