摘 要:大屯矿区姚桥煤矿进入深部开采后,出现各类非线性力学破坏现象,严重影响巷道的正常使用。其中7009溜子道围岩由于受到动、静荷载扰动,地应力场,以及在原不耦合支护作用下,巷道底板变形严重。从巷道围岩力学性质、矿物成分组成以及原支护形式的特征出发,分析了导致巷道底臌的主要因素并进行底臌机理的研究。结合有限差分法三维数值模拟优化支护设计参数,并使用锚索加固顶板,以减轻对底板的应力集中;采用45°和60°底角锚杆切断底部剪切滑移线。通过工程实践表明,巷道底臌得到了有效控制。With the mining depth increase in Yaoqiao Coal Mine in Datun mine area,various nonlinear mechanics damages are appeared, which can seriously affect the safety production. In particular, the floor of the leading pass 7009 is greatly deformed by the combination of the dynamic and static load disturbance,in-situ stress field and former decoupling support design. This paper investigated the principal factor of mining-induced floor heave and the correlation mechanism based on the mechanical characters of surrounding rock, mineral analysis and former support form. Based on the optimized support design parameters by finite difference method and three-dimensional numerical simulation, the anchor roof by cable anchor is introduced tO decrease the stress concentration in the floor. Besides,the floor anchor bolt is embedded in the footwall at 45°and 60°angle. The project practice showed that the floor heave can be effectively controlled.
