摘  要:针对广西某多金属铅锌矿选矿厂原浮选药剂制度不能适应矿石性质的变化,导致选矿厂生产指标恶化的问题,进行了浮选新药剂制度的试验研究,获得的铜精矿铜品位和铜回收率分别为22.19%和58.29%,铅精矿铅品位和铅回收率分别为62.97%和78.39%,锌精矿锌品位和锌回收率分别为50.52%和88.81%。与试验前选矿厂的生产指标相比,铜精矿、铅精矿、锌精矿的主品位分别提高10.04,24.65,0.92个百分点,回收率分别提高30.29,1.42,10.01个百分点。Since the previous flotation reagent system can not suit the variety of oreg character in a beneficiation plant of Polymetallic lead-zinc mine in Guangxi, leading to the bad index in beneficiation production, experiment researches on the new flotation reagent system are carried out. Then copper concentrate grading of 22.19% at a 58.29% recovery, lead concentrate grading of 62.97% at a 78.39% recovery', and zinc concentrate grading of 50.52% at an 88.81% recovery were obtained. Compared with the former index,the copper-lead-zinc concentrates can be improved by 10.04% ,24.65% and 0. 92% respectively in grade and by 30.29% , 1.42% and 10.01% at recovery.
