摘  要:以16只在出生前经母体摄入酒精的SD乳鼠及相同数量的正常SD乳鼠分别作为实验和对照材料,采用以神经元AREAP为参数的定量图像分析方法,研究了出生前摄入酒精的大鼠尾壳核的生后早期发育。结果提示酒精有延缓大鼠尾壳核神经元的排列由密变疏的发育过程。此影响在生后第1d可以看到,直至第7d仍未完全消失,而在此后。In this study 16 pups from the SD pregnant rats fed with 25%(V/V) alcohol(1.5 ml/100 g BW) over a 7 day period, from gestational day 8 through 14, and 16 pups from the SD pregnant rats untreated with alcohol were used as the experimental and control animals, respectively. The parameter for quantitative image pattern analysis was the area proportion(AREAP) of the neurons in the caudate putamen(CPu) of rat. The result suggested that postnatal developmental process in which the rangement of the neurons in CPu was from dense to spare, was delayed by prenatal exposing to alcohol prenatally. This effect was observable on the day 1 and had not completely disappeared on the day 7. Nevertheless, a compensatory process occured in the experimental animals after this stage.
