摘 要:为探讨人参皂苷及其衍生物体内抗马立克氏病毒的作用机理,试验用马立克氏病毒人工感染雏鸡模型,口服人参皂苷及其衍生物,动态观察雏鸡的组织病理学变化,并比较治疗组和病毒对照组的病变差异。结果人参皂苷和衍生物治疗组的组织结构病变程度均低于病毒对照组。说明人参皂苷及其衍生物可以降低病毒对组织的损害程度,增强雏鸡对病毒的抵抗力。To study the antiviral mechanism of the ginsenoside and its derivatives against Marek's disease virus (MDV),Marek's disease model was established. The pathological changes in the tissue of chicken given ginsenoside and its derivatives by oral administration were observed and the differences between treatment group and control group were compared. The degree of pathological changes in treatment group was lower than the level of control group. The results demonstrated that ginscnoside and its derivatives could decrease the pathological changes in tissue caused by virus and enhance the resistance of chicken.
