摘 要:目的估算电解铝厂氟化物无组织排放量。方法依据《大气污染物无组织排放监测技术导则》等标准采用地面浓度反推法估算某电解铝厂的氟化物无组织排放量。结果生产规模为10万t/年的电解铝厂的氟化物无组织排放量为4.97 kg/h,相当于0.435 kg/t电解铝。结论地面浓度反推法估算的电解铝厂的氟化物无组织排放量高于物料衡算法估算结果。Objective To estimate the fugitive emission of fluoride in the electrolytic aluminum plant. Methods The ground concentration reverse calculation method were used to estimate the fugitive emission of fluoride in the electrolytic aluminum plant whose production scale was 100 thousand tons per year. Results The amount of fugitive emission of fluoride in the plant was 4. 97 kg/h, equivalent to 0. 435 kg/t electrolytic aluminun. Conclusion The amount of fugitive emission of fluoride estimated by the ground concentration reverse calculation method is higher than that by material balancing method in the plant.
