摘　　要：目的了解上海市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理状况。方法采用调查表对上海市辖区内经营面积2 000 m2以上、使用集中空调通风系统的大型公共场所空调通风系统卫生管理状况进行调查。结果大部分集中空调通风系统未开展清洗工作,一些公共场所卫生管理存在误区,缺乏有效管理措施。结论应当遵循法律规范、政府监管、行业管理、企业自律、社会监督的原则,逐步提高公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理水平,维护公众健康权益。Objective To know the status of hygienic management of central air conditioning and ventilating systems in public places of Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire about the status of hygienic management of air conditioning and ventilating system was conducted in Shanghai. The chosen large - scale public places occupied business areas over 2 000 m2 and had central air conditioning and ventilating systems. Results Most of the central air conditioning and ventilating systems weren＇t cleaned. Some public places misunderstood about hygienic management and were lack of effective management methods. Conclusion The hygienic management level of central air conditioning and ventilating systems in public places should be improved step by step under law enforcement, government regulation, industry management, enterprise self-discipline and social supervision.
