摘 要:目的研究西维美林对去涎腺大鼠龋齿的预防作用。方法48只SD大鼠,♀,随机分成3组:即不手术,作为阴性对照;手术去除颌下腺和舌下腺;手术去除颌下腺、舌下腺和腮腺,作为阳性对照组。术后7d,上述3组每组随机选出一半数量的大鼠给予西维美林(60mg·kg-1·d-1,po)。所有大鼠人工接种茸毛链球菌6715,给予致龋饲料和任意饮用蔗糖水。28d后,按龋齿评分评定龋齿状况。结果去除颌下腺和舌下腺并给予西维美林的大鼠,龋齿评分低于未给药组,结果有显著性差异。结论西维美林对部分去除涎腺大鼠龋齿有预防作用。OBJECTIVE To examined the preventive effect of cevimeline on caries in rats with compromised salivary glandfunction. METHODS Forty eight female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups for unoperation or surgery. The desalivation was performed in either of three ways: (1) unoperated animals served as negative controls, (2)both submandibular/sublingual (SM/SL) glands were excised, (3)completely desalivated animals served as positive controls. One week following surgery, groups were subdivided so that half of each group received cevimeline (60 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, po) by stomach tube. All animals were infected with Streptococcus sobrinus 6715 and fed cariogenic diet ad libitum for 28 d. Caries scores were determined for all animals. RESULTS Animals which had both SM/SL glands removed and received cevimeline developed significantly lower caries compared with the animals that had both SM/SL removed but did not receive cevimeline. CONCLUSION Cevimeline appears to exert its cariesprotective effect when the parotid glands remain intact.
