摘　　要：目的气腹机供气气体的安全使用。方法从安全、有效、经济效益等方面考虑以及对气腹机的面板参数、内部结构的分析,得出给气腹机供气的压力宜低不宜高。通过试验后在供气环节中增加一减压装置,以低压方式给气腹机供气。结果气腹机低压供气可行。结论将气腹机CO2气体的高压供气改成低压供气,安全有效、经济效益明显。Objective To explore the safe use methods of gas supply to pneumoperitoneum system.Methods Analyzed the panel parameter and internal structure of pneumoperitoneum system,and found out that the gas pressure should not be high. Then added a decompression device in order to supply the pneumoperitoneum system with low-pressure gas.Results It is safe and feasible of supplying the pneumoperitoneum system with low-pressure gas.Conclusion It is safe,effective and economic of changing high-pressure gas supply to low-pressure gas supply of pneumoperitomeum system.
