摘　　要：氨酚羟考酮是盐酸羟考酮和对乙酰氨基酚的组方片剂,临床上主要用于各种原因引起的中、重度急、慢性疼痛。报道较多的是关于外科术后疼痛和癌痛的治疗,文中对其镇痛机制、临床应用及不良反应作一综述,供临床工作者参考。Oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet, a compound of oxycodone hydrochloride and acetaminophen, is mainly used in the treatment of acute and chronic, and moderate to severe pain due to various causes. This tablet is most frequently used in relief of the pain after surgery and in the treatment of cancer pain. This article summarized the clinical application of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet.
