摘　　要：目的:合成铂类抗肿瘤药物奈达铂。方法:以顺式-二碘二氨合铂(II)、乙醇酸银及硝酸银为反应物,经一步反应即得奈达铂。结果:得到奈达铂的新合成方法及工艺路线。结论:该奈达铂合成方法操作简单、产率高、所得产品质量可靠,可用于规模化生产。Objective：To report a new synthetic method of platinum-based antitumor drug-nedaplatin. Method： Cis-diiodinediamminoplatinum （Ⅱ） , silver glycolate, and silver nitrate are adopted as raw material, to synthesize nedaplatin in one step. Results：The synthesizing route and the parameter of the new synthesizing method of nedaplatin is obtained. Conclusion：The operation of the new way is simple, and with many advantages such as high yield, reproducible, and so on, and is suitable for industrial production.
