摘  要:目的:建立测定氯碘羟喹乳膏含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Zorbax C8柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙二胺四醋酸二钠盐缓冲液(取乙二胺四醋酸二钠盐0.5g,加水400mL,振摇使溶解,加三乙胺4mL,用磷酸调节pH值至3.0).甲醇(35:65),检测波长为254nm,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果:氯碘羟喹进样量在0.06~1.20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。结论:与现行方法比较,该方法专属性强,适用于测定氯碘羟喹乳膏含量。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of clioquinol in clioquinol cream by HPLC. Methods: The samples were separated on a Zorbax Cs column (150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was EDTA-2Na buffer solution ( dissolving 0.50 g of EDTA-2Na in 400 mL of water, adding 4.0 mL of triethylamine and mixing, using phosphoric acid to adjust pH value of 3.0) -methanol (35 : 65 ) . The detection wavelength was at 254 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^ -1 Results : Within the range of 0.06 - 1.20 μg, peak area and elioquinol injection quantity were in linear correlation ( r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery were 99.7% (n =9). Conclusion: Compared with the previous methods, the new method was more specific and can control quality of product effectively.
