摘　　要：运动目标检测是数字图像处理技术的一个主要部分,在现实生活中有着广泛的应用。本文分别论述了:(1)运动目标及运动目标检测的基本概念;(2)运动目标检测研究的难点;(3)运动目标检测方法。Moving object detection is a main part of digital image processing technology. Because of its good application Prospect. Moving object detection has been a hotspot in present research work . Three parts are discussed in this paper, they are： （1）the basic concept of moving object detection; （2）the stumbling block of the research on moving object detection; （3）the methods of moving object detection.
