摘 要:研究了智能低压断路器的可靠性理论及应用。采用可靠性试验与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了电压流控数据通信算法,并对断路器数据采集和传输进行检测,利用瞬动保护成功率对低压智能断路器的可靠性进行验证,证明了检测和电压流控数据通信算法对提高断路器的可靠性是有效的。The reliability theory and application of intelligent low voltage circuit breaker was researched. Based on combination of theoretical analysis and reliability test, voltage flow control data communications algorithm was proposed. By testing data acquisition and transmission of circuit breaker and using instantaneous dynamic protection of the success rate, the reliability of low voltage intelligent circuit breaker was verified. The result shows that the algorithm is effective to improve reliability of the circuit breaker.
