摘 要:目的:优化玳玳果总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间以及提取次数对玳玳果总黄酮提取含量的影响。结果:玳玳果总黄酮的提取影响程度为乙醇浓度>提取次数>提取时间>乙醇用量。最佳提取工艺条件为采用6倍量75%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次2h。结论:该实验确定的提取工艺具有良好的稳定性和重复性,可为提取玳玳果总黄酮的工业生产提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techniques of total Flavonoids in Citrus Aurantium L. var daidai. METHODS The orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,extraction time and number of extractions on the content of total Flavonoids. UV spectrophotometry was used for the determination of total flavonoids to evaluate the results. RESULTS The order of factors to affect the total Flavonoids extraction is ethanol concentration 2〉 number of extractions 2〉 extraction time 2〉ethanol amount. The optimum conditions were as follow: 6 times amount of 75% ethanol,refluxing and extracting 2h for 3 times. CONCLUSION The extracting process is stabile and reproducible,and it provides technical support to the production in the industrial scale.
