摘　　要：探讨减少普梳针织纱棉结杂质的技术措施。通过有针对性的选配原棉,合理设置清梳工序各部隔距和速度;优化并条牵伸工艺;优选细纱工序纺纱器材;加强各工序温湿度管理和设备状态管理,使得普梳针织纱的棉结和杂质得到较大程度改善。Technology measures of reducing carded knitting yarn neps and impurities were discussed. Raw material were selected and assorted particularly, each gauge and speed in picking and carding process were set rationally. Draft processing in drawing process and spinning accessories in spinning process were optimized. Temperature ＆ humidity management and equipment status management were strengthened, finally ueps and impurities in carded knitting yarn could be reduced greatly.
