摘 要:研究光叶楮纤维的结构与性能。在分析了光叶楮白皮化学成分的基础上,采用生物酶与碱氧一浴联合脱胶工艺制取光叶楮纤维,对所制取出的光叶楮纤维进行了扫描电镜、红外光谱、回潮率及机械性能测试,并与麻类纤维作以对比。结果表明,光叶楮纤维经过生物酶与碱氧一浴联合脱胶工艺脱胶后,其纤维素结构并无变化;纤维回潮率为11.78%;单纤维长度较短,需要采用半脱胶工艺进行脱胶;白度好,手感柔软,无麻类纤维的刺痒感。Structure and property of broussonetia papyrifera fibre were studied. On the base of analysing broussonetia papyrifera bast chemical constituents,method of enzyme and alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath combined degumruing processing were adopted to get broussonetia papyrifera fibre, it was tested by SEM, infrared spectrum, regain and mechanical character of broussonetia papyrifera fibre was tested also,then contrasted to blast-fibre. The result shows that after broussonetia papyrifera fibre was treated by degumming processing,its cellulose structure was not changed. The fibre regain is 11.78%. Length of single fibre is short,semi-defumming processing is needed. The fibre whiteness is better and lofty, has no bast-fibre scratchiness.
