摘　　要：雏鸡口服之江菌素后，在嗉囔、肫、肠道和粪便中能检测到该抗菌素，肝、肾、心、肌肉及血液中则未检到。空腹和饱腹雏鸡口服单剂量后，其排泄粪便中的之江菌素浓度高峰分别出现在２～４ｈ和３～５ｈ，在７～１０ｈ后能完全排泄。Zhijiangmycin was detected in the crops,gizzard, intestinums and feces of chicks after oral administration,but was not found in the hepats,kidney,cors,muscles and serums.It was proved that zhijiangmycin was not absorbed by the chick after oral administration.Instead,it was excreted directly through intestinal tract.
