摘  要:对三维六面体网格质量优化技术进行了研究,分析了基于栅格法生成六面体网格的拓扑关系,提出了适合于六面体网格凸特征边界单元的四种点插入新单元模式和五种边界插入新单元模式、适合于凹特征边界为直线或者曲率变化较小时的四种单元退化模式,以及适合于凹特征边界曲率变化较大时的三种单元插入与退化结合模式。并将拉普拉斯节点平滑技术和优化技术结合使用,以确保获得的六面体网格符合有限元数值模拟计算的要求。若干实体模型算例表明,该算法实用性强,效果良好,通过优化能够得到较高质量的网格。This paper studied the optimization technique for three--dimensional hexahedral element mesh and analyzed the topological connection of hexahedral element mesh generated by grid-- based method. The proposed four new element point inserting modes and five new element edge inserting modes are suitable for hexahedral elements on the convex characteristic edges. The proposed four element collapsing modes are suitable for hexahedral elements on the straight or small curvature concave characteristic edges. Three new element inserting combined with element collapsing modes suitable for hexahedral elements on the concave characteristic edges of large curvature were proposed. To insure the generated mesh to satisfy finite element simulation, Laplacian smooth method was adopted in combination with optimization technique. Some examples were given to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the method.
