摘  要:针对玻璃纤维复合材料在加工过程中产生的纤维断裂、基体开裂、脱层等多种破坏形式影响其装配质量问题,对影响加工质量的重要因素——纤维方向进行了试验研究。试验以单向玻璃纤维复合材料为研究对象,选用不同的纤维方向角,通过显微镜观察切削过程,借助于SEM观察切削表面情况,建立了力学模型进行切削分析,得出纤维方向角小于90°时,单向纤维复合材料加工质量较好的结论。Machining of glass fibre--reinforced plastics(GFRP) often causes severe damages represented by fibre fragmentation, matrix cracking and splitting. The experimental investigation about fibre orientation was put up because it was a key factor that determined the surface integrity of a machined component. Unidirectional glass fibres reinforced plastics were studied herein. Different fiber angels were selected in the cutting process,the cutting process was observed recur to microscope,and the cutting surface was observed by SEM. The cutting course was analyzed through mechanical model. The conclusion is reached that the surface quality will be good when the fiber ange θ≤90° during the cutting process of the unidirectional glass fibres reinforced plastics(UD--GFRP).
