摘　　要：电子文件管理元数据质量直接关系到被描述的文件,也与元数据自身的利用价值有关,是电子文件管理研究的新领域。本文提出了电子文件元数据质量的定义与评价指标,指出导致电子文件管理元数据质量问题的主要原因,探寻对元数据质量进行控制的管理方法,以及元数据文件的管理方式。The quality of electronic records management metadata influences the records described by such metadata, and it also relates to the use value of such metadata, so it is a new research field of electronic records management. This article gives the definition and evaluation index of the electronic records management metadata quality, points out the main reasons causing the metadata quality problems, and explores the management methods of metadata quality control and also the methods of metadata records management.
