添加外源性促生长剂对河蟹生长的影响

摘　　要：为了弄清外源性促生长剂对促进河蟹生长的效果，将100×10^(-6)甲基睾丸酮、1％沸石粉、1‰中草药粉以及1‰两种市售虾蟹脱壳促生长剂加入基础饲料中，制成5种试验饲料，喂养每只为12g的幼蟹21天。结果：添加甲基睾丸酮和沸石粉组，幼蟹的增重率与对照组相比，差异不显著（P＜0．05）；而添加中草药及2种市售脱壳促生长剂组幼蟹的增重率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）．说明对河蟹的生长有一定的抑制作用。分析了这种结果的原因，认为不应当盲目地在幼蟹配合饲料中添加外源性蜕壳激素。In order to gain a clear idea of the effect on accelerating growth of the river crab with growth-accelerating additives, 100 × 10^(-6) methyl testosterone, 1 % zeolite powder, 1‰ Chi-nese herbal medicine powder and two kinds of peeled-off-agents for crab and shrimp(1‰) were added to the basic feed to make 5 kinds of experimental diets. The young crabs (12g/ind. on aver-age)were fed on the diets 21 days. The result showed the body weight increasing rate of the young crab in the experimental group fed on the diet added with methyltestosterone and zeolite powder was not clearly different from that of the young crab in the contrast group (P< 0. 05); the body weight increasing rate of the young crab in the experimental group fed on the diet added with the Chinese herbal medicine and two kinds of peeled-off agents was clearly lower than that in the con-trast group (P< 0. 05). This explained the Chinese herbal medicine and the two kinds of peeled-off-agents(bought from the market) could inhibit the growth of the river crab.
