加强西安市农民工社会融合的对策研究

摘　　要：为了了解农民工社会融合情况,消除农民工边缘性处境,运用定量调查和质性访谈等方法对西安市农民工进行了调查,发现西安市农民工在社会融合的过程中,其经济、公共权益、社会关系以及劳动保障等方面还存在一定差距,政府在满足农民工基本需求、加强培训、建立社会保障体系等方面还应作出努力。In order to collect relative information of migrant workers＇ social integration, and change the marginalized status of migrant workers, a survey was made on migrant workers in Xi＇an city by using social science research methods such as quantitative survey and qualitative interview. It shows that during the process of social integrating of migrant workers in Xi＇an, their economic and public fights, social relationship and labor security are to be improved, and the efforts of governmental departments in meeting the basic needs of migrant workers, providing trainings and establishing social security system, etc. should be promoted.
