摘 要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)及玻璃纤维(GF)为原料,以环氧树脂作为界面相容剂,研究了界面相容剂对玻璃纤维增强ABS复合材料力学性能及界面粘接的影响。结果表明:加入环氧树脂,玻纤增强ABS复合材料的力学性能明显提高;随着玻纤质量分数的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度均逐渐增加;玻纤质量分数为30%时,GF/ABS环/氧树脂复合材料的拉伸强度比未改性的复合材料的拉伸强度提高了30%,弯曲强度提高了25%,冲击强度也提高了50%。Using acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and glass fiber (GF) as raw materi- als, epoxy resin as the surface compatibilizer, the effect of compatibilizer on the mechanical properties and interracial adhesion of the composites reinforced by glass fiber was studied. The results showed that by adding epoxy resin, the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced ABS improved significantly ; with the increase of the mass fraction of the GF, the tensile strength, bending strength, impact strength gradually increased; when the mass fraction of glass fiber was 30%, the tensile strength of GF/ABS/epoxy resin composite improved by 30% than that of the unmodified composite, bending strength increased by 25%, impact strength also increased by 50%.
