摘　　要：介绍了高速通信电缆绝缘料HDPE 5310E的研究开发生产过程、产品的技术指标、性能检测和用户使用情况,结果表明:该产品具有优异的力学性能、介电性能、加工性能和较低成本,各项指标达到了邮电部YD/T 760—1995标准。Introduced the research and development process development and production technical quota, performance testing and user access situation of high speed cable insulating material of high density polyethylene 5310E （HDPE 5310E）. The Result showed that the product had excellent mechanical property, dielectric property, processing property and low costs, and all properties of the material reached the standard YD/ T 760-1995 of post-telecom branch.
