摘　　要：目的总结采用横裁包皮带蒂岛状皮瓣尿道成形术（Duckett）联合阴囊中隔皮瓣治疗严重尿道下裂畸形的经验，探讨提高疗效的措施。方法采用Duckett法联合阴囊中隔皮瓣治疗严重尿道下裂28例，年龄18个月～8．5岁。阴囊型19例，会阴型9例。结果一次手术治愈率为85．7％。结论应用Duckett法联合阴囊中隔皮瓣治疗严重尿道下裂疗效确切，成功率高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of severe hypospadias treated by Duckett operation combined with scrotal septal pedicle flap, and summarize the measure to elevate the therapeutic effect. Methods Medical records of 28 severe hypospadia children aged 16 months to 8 years were analyzed, 19 cases being scrotum type and 9 cases perineum type. Results The one-off curative rate was 85.7%. Conclusion The repair of severe hypospadias by Duckett operation combined with scrotal septal pedicle flap assures a satisfactory healing effect with a high success rate.
