黄芪注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)及抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体(抗ox-LDL-Ab)水平的变化。方法将UAP患者65例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用黄芪注射液;采用免疫浊度法及ELISA法测定检测60例UAP患者及35例健康对照者血清中CRP及抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体水平。结果UAP患者CRP及抗ox-LDL-Ab水平明显高于健康对照组,治疗组治疗后CRP及抗ox-LDL-Ab水平均显著低于常规治疗对照组。结论黄芪注射液治疗UAP患者具有明显调节免疫反应、降低斑块炎症反应的作用。Objective： To investigate the astragalus injection on the level variety of the serum antioxidized low density lipoprotein antibody （anti -ox- LDL- Ab） in unstable angina pectoris （UAP） patients. Methods： 65 UAP patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. Besides being taken western drugs in all cases, the treatment group was used astragalus injection. Levels of anti - ox - LDL - Ab and CRP in 60 UAP patients plus 35 health controls were detected by immune nephelometry and ELISA methods. Results： Levels of CRP and anti - ox - LDL - Ab in UAP patients were significantly higher than those of health control group. Meanwhile, levels of CRP and anti - ox - LDL - Ab after treatment in astragalus injection group were higher obviously than those of normal treatment group. Conclusion： Astragalus injection does not regulate the immune response significantly, but also reduce the role of the plaque inflammation in patients with UAP.
