摘  要:本实验观察了苦参、多头风轮莱和水蓼的抗腹泻作用并对其机理进行了深入探讨。实验结果表明:苦参和多头风轮莱极显著地(P<0.01)、水蓼显著地(P<0.05)降低了番泻叶所致小鼠大肠性腹泻的频率;水蓼极显著地(P<0.01)降低了蓖麻油所致小鼠小肠性腹泻的发生率和频率,多头风轮莱也能显著降低其发生率(P<0.05);苦参、多头风轮莱和水蓼极显著或显著地抑制了乙酸所致家兔肠粘膜或小鼠腹膜的急性炎性渗出(P<0.01或P<0.05);苦参还能极显著地抑制小肠的运动(P<0.01)。上述实验结果提示:苦参、多头风轮莱和水蓼可能都具有促进水、钠从肠腔向肠粘膜上皮细胞转运的作用,它们还可能对肠炎时的炎性渗出有抑制作用,此外,苦参对小肠运动的抑制作用必定也是其抗腹泻作用的重要机理之一。The antidiarrheal effects of Sophora flavescens (SF), Clinopodium polycephalum (CP) and Polygonum hydropiper (PH) were observed and their antidiarrheal mechanisms were approached in the present experiment The results showed that the frequency of Cassia angustifolia leaf induced diarrhea in mice was reduced significantly by administering SF,CP ( P <0 01) or PH ( P <0 05),the incidence and frequency of the diarrhea in mice induced by castor oil in pH group were significantly lower than those in control ( P <0 01) and the frequency of that in CP group also was lower ( P <0 05),the acute inflammatory exudation in rabbits intestinal mucosa or mouses peritoneum induced by acetic acid was inhibited significantly by the intake of SF,CP or PH preparation ( P <0 01 or 0 05),and the movement of small intestines of mice and rabbits was also inhibited in SF group ( P <0 01) The present study indicated that SF,CP and PH could promote the transport of water and sodium ion from intestinal cavity to the epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa and inhibit the inflammatory exudation in acute enteritis,and the inhibitory effect of SF on intestinal movement was one of its very important antidiarrheal mechanisms as well
