摘　　要：目的:促进医院药品物流信息化进程。方法:我院药库改变传统的药库物流模式,创新实施基于供应链管理平台的物流信息化管理。结果:极大地减轻了药库工作的脑力劳动强度,验收效率提高73%,发票录入效率提高47%。结论:此种物流信息化管理方法提高了药库工作效率,降低了成本,值得在医院药库管理中推广。OBJECTIVE： To facilitate the informatization process of logistics of hospital drugs. METHODS： A supply chain - based informatization management was created and put into practice to replace the traditional logistic model ot drugs m hospital drug storehouse. RESULTS： The informatization management greatly reduced the labor intensity of the drug storehouse, up 73% in check ＆ acceptance efficiency and up 47% in invoice entry efficiency. CONCLUSION： The new method that informatization management of logistics help improve the work efficiency of drug storehouse and reduce administration cost, which thus is worthy of popularization in the management of hospital drug storehouses.
