我国农村金融发展与农民增收的实证研究——以H省数据为例

摘　　要：三农问题的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的关键又是收入问题。农村金融制度作为农村经济发展中最为重要的资本要素配置制度,无疑是农民增收的一个重要支点。近年来,H省农村金融制度的改革使得农村贸易条件大为改善,农业产出迅速发展,农民收入大幅提高,农村金融剩余以较快的速度增加;相应地,随着农村经济结构和农业组织形式的演变,农村金融体制也出现了变动。农村金融发展和农民收入之间出现良性互动的线性关系,本文旨在探讨我国农村金融发展与农民增收的内在关系,并提出相应对策和建议。The crux of the problem is agriculture farmers, and farmers is the crux of the issue income. Rural financial system in rural economic development as the most important elements of the capital allocation system is an important income farmers fulcrhm. In recent years, H provincial rural financial system reform in rural areas has been greatly improved terms of trade, the rapid development of agricultural output, a substantial increase in the income of the farmers, the rural financial surplus to a more rapid rate of increase; accordingly, with the rural economic structure and Agriculture Organization forms of the evolution of the financial system in rural areas there have been changes. Rural finance development and the income of the farmers positive interaction between the linear relationship, this article aims to explore China＇s rural financial development and the inherent relationship between the income of farmers and to make corresponding courttermeasures and suggestions.
