参松养心胶囊合并黛力新治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊合并黛力新治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法56例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组26例,口服黛力新1片,1次/d,参松养心胶囊4粒,3次/d,疗程4周,对照组30例,口服黛力新1片,1次/d,疗程4周,采用汉密顿汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果在第四周末HAMD评分,治疗组为(10.6±1.8),对照组为(14.1±1.6)。治疗组治疗后较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),并与对照组治疗后比较有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊明显增强黛力新抗抑郁效果。Objective To view the new combined force Participation ong Yang Xin Capsule in the Treatment of post-stroke depression, the clinical efficacy. Methods 56 cases of post-stroke depression were randomized into two groups, treatment group 26 cases, oral deanxit 1, 1 times / day, the Senate-Song Yang Xin Capsule 4, 3 times / day, treatment for 4 weeks, control group of 30 patients, oral deanxit 1, 1 times / day, four weeks treatment, using Hamilton Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）. Results Fourth weekend in HAMD score, treatment group was 10. 6± 1.8, the control group was 14. 1 3： 1.6. Treatment group after treatment than before treatment a significant improvement （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and after treatment with the control group improved significantly more （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Song Yang Xin Capsule Senate to enhance the antidepressant effect of deanxit.
