摘　　要：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)和开腹胆囊切除术(OC)对试验犬的手术时间、切口长度及免疫应激指标的影响,比较两种手术方法的优缺点。试验结果表明,开腹手术组术后各项指标变化都明显高于腹腔镜手术组,所以腹腔镜手术要优于开腹手术。This research was conducted to explore the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy on the operation time, incision length, immunity and stress index. The results showed that each index of laparoscopic cholecystectomy was better than that of open cholecystectomy.
