摘  要:采用常压固相酸催化热缩合法,以L-天冬氨酸(L-ASP)为原料,85%磷酸为催化剂,采用分批添加等量催化剂的方法,合成了高聚合度的聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)。探讨了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量及其加入方式对单体转化率及产物聚合度的影响,采用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。当催化剂/单体为0.5(摩尔比),分4次等量加入时,单体转化率为98.42%,PSI的聚合度高达602。采用己二胺对PSI进行交联反应,制备了可生物降解的高吸水性树脂,探讨了PSI聚合度对吸水倍率的影响,结果表明,PSI聚合度越高,树脂的吸水性能越好。By sequcntial addition of catalysts method, poly sueeininide (PSI) with high polymerization degree was synthesized by acid-catalysed potycondensation reaction using L-aspartlc acid as monomer, 85% phosphoric acre as catalyst under normal atmospheric condition. The structure of PSI was confirmed by FTIR. The effects of reaction time, temperature and amount of catalyst on conversion of L-aspartic acid and polymerization degree of PSI were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were as follow: reaction time 2h, reaction temperature 200℃, n(catalyst)/n(L-aspartic acid) 0.5. Under these conditions, the polymerization degree of PSI and conversion of L-aspartic acid were 602 and 98.42%, respectively. The superabsorbent resin was synthesized by crosslinking PSI with hexanediamine, and the effect of polymerization degree of PSI on superabsorhent resin's water absorbency was investigated. The results showed that the the water absorbency of resin increased with the increase of PSI's polymerization degree.
