摘 要:目的:观察四物汤传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂对血虚小鼠外周血细胞的影响,比较两者改善外周血象的效果。方法:分别用四物汤传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂对急性大量失血引起的失血性模型及联合注射乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺引起的化学损伤性血虚症小鼠模型灌胃处理后观察外周血细胞的变化。结果:四物汤配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂不同剂量组均有不同程度升高外周血细胞的作用,两者无显著性统计学差异。结论:四物汤配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂均具有明显的补血作用,2种剂型效果基本相当。Objective:To compare the effects of dispensing granule and traditional slice Si-Wu decoctions on the number of circulating blood cells in blood-deficient mice. Methods:blood-deficiency (hemopenia) was established by exanguinating 0.5 mL of blood combined with uses of CTX and APH in mice. The effect of the dispensing granule decoction on the number of circulating blood cells was compared with that of the traditional slice decoc- tion. Results :The low, middle and high doses of both the traditional slice and dispensing granule Si-Wu decoctions apparently increased the number of circulating blood cells. Conclusion:The dispensing granule decoction is effective on blood-deficiency as that of the traditional slice decoction.
