摘 要:目的:研究三维打印技术制备植入装置和体外释放行为。方法:以庆大霉素为模型药物,利用三维打印技术制备以聚乳酸为载体的植入药物控释装置,比较植入式给药制剂的传统工艺方法和三维打印方法,同时进行结构分析、体外释药行为实验。结果:三维打印成形技术可以制备复杂内部结构的装置,其释药特征与所设想的复杂释药行为一致。结论:三维打印成形技术应用于制药工程有着其他技术无法竞争的独特优势。Objective:The present study investigated the implantable and controlled drug delivery device (CDDD) by 3D printing, and the releasing character of the devices. Methods: The CDDD was fabricated by 3D printing technique with L-PLA as pharmaceutical excipient, and gentamicin (GTM) was used as a model drug. As compared with the 3D process, the conventional process was also used for fabrication the IDDS. The cross-sectional morphology and the in vitro release were simultaneously tested to evaluate the devices. Results:A type of implant- able CDDD with complicated architectures was designed and built with 3D printing process,and its in vitro release behavior was tested to meet initial design criteria. Conclusion: The 3D printing technique using in pharmaceutical field have the peerless advantage over the conventional technique.
