摘　　要：近年来,我国临床药学工作取得了飞速发展,在积极借鉴国外临床药学的发展模式和宝贵经验的同时,也体现出我国国情特点。客观来讲,所有这些变化均对我国临床药师的教育及工作模式带来了巨大的冲击,同时也促使每位医院药学工作者重新思考新时期医院药学的发展。现将我国临床药师的发展现状、存在问题、面临挑战、工作忧虑及发展趋势进行分析,为促进我国临床药学的发展提供参考。In recent years, great progress has been made in Chinese clinical pharmacy. Development mode and valuable experience of foreign countries have been positively learned, at the same time there still exist many distinct characters belonging to our country. Objectively to say, all of these changes put great impacts on our management and organizing mode of traditional hospital pharmacy, meanwhile this promote every pharmaceutical personnel in hospital to think over the development of hospital pharmacy in new era. Here the current progress status, problem, challenge, job disturbance and development tendency in the future of clinical pharmacy were reviewed and prospected to provide reference for promoting the development of clinical pharmacy.
