摘  要:励磁控制系统是无刷同步机的核心,设计了一种无刷同步机智能全数字励磁系统。分析了无刷同步机的励磁原理,接着介绍了模糊神经控制器和PID控制器原理,在无刷同步电动机励磁系统的智能控制中,将模糊控制和神经网络算法引入同步电动机功率因数控制系统,从而构成了模糊神经控制器,实现电机启动阶段的控制。当电机转速达到给定值后,由PID调节器起作用,实现无差控制,输出西门子6RA70整流器电流的给定值,以控制励磁发电机的励磁电流。将模糊神经控制器与传统的PID调节器结合起来调节功率因数,并用PLC对其进行智能化和数字化实现,使系统具有更好的动态性能和稳态性能。Excitation control system is the core of the brushless synchromotor, this paper designs a brushless synchronous machine intelligent all-digital excitation system. First of all, it analyses the principle of synchromotor, and then introduces the theory, of the fuzzy neural controller and PID controller. Algorithms of fuzzy control and neural network have been introduced to the power factor control system of the synchromotor, so as to form the fuzzyneural controller to force control during its starting stage in the intelligent control of the brusbless excitation system of the synchromotor. When the speed reaches its rated value of the motor, the PID controller will activate to force zero error control to bring the given current value to SIEMENS 6RAT0 rectifier, which will control the excitation current of the generator. The combination of the fuzzy-neural controller and PID controller adjusts power factor, and make it intelligent and digital with PLC, which improves the dynamic and robust performance of the system further.
