摘　　要：房地产业是国民经济的重要组成部分,其产业关联度大,可为其他产业的发展提供广阔的市场空间。房地产项目开发具有动态联盟的本质特点。对房地产开发项目组建动态联盟的可行性和面临的挑战进行分析,给出了相关对策。Real estate industry is an important component of the national economy, its high correlative degree of industry provides a broad market space for the development of other industries.Real estate project development has the essential feature of dynamic alliance. It analyzes the feasibilities and challenges of the foundation of dynamic alliance in a real estate development project, and gives the related countermeasures.
